TrainSignal goes the extra mile

I have an online subscription to TrainSignal training and so far I love it. You can see my review of the Hyper-V training course here.
Well, today out of the blue, I got an email from TrainSignal and they’ve added a new course to my online catalog for free. Now this is a company that cares about their clients. I’ve been reviewing training packages for a few years now and never have I been given something I didn’t specifically pay for. If you buy a course, that’s all you get. But with TrainSignal, they want to keep you coming back so they give you some free stuff too.

Not to mention the fact that all of their training material is priced to own. I’m personally sick to death of companies that think they need to retire off of every video. There are so many that charge $1,000 or $1500 or even more for a training course and it’s just not necessary. What you get in that case is a course that can only be bought by a company. But if you price it for an individual’s budget he’s more likely to buy it on his own even if his company turns him down.

So TrainSignal, keep it up.

I agree. I have the ‘hard drive package’ including Cisco, Microsoft, Linux and others’, but recently since they offer my earlier purchased training now on the website, it’s a great resource anytime I need to review. I buy individual training too. I’m keeping my eye on Sharepoint even though my work is a DBA.
